Summers in Skiathos are warm and sunny, but cooler than in Cyclades. Like most Greek islands, winds named “meltemia” cool down the atmosphere from the end of July to mid-August.The two months before and after July-August, the island has a special charm, with few tourists, mild temperatures, ideal for walks, sea water not cold (after winter) or still warm (after summer). May, June, September and October are our favorite months.
